Lately, the school coucil has been discussing ideas for sport relief and have been very successful and are proposing their ideas to the headteacher who will considor these ideas and get back to us shortly. There may also be a fundraising event for the child in Kenya that the school are kindly sponsoring.We hope that our suggestions are well appreciated and will be considered. But for now that’s all!

On the 29th of November 2006, school council had a council meeting. The class reps arrived in the MIss Freemans classroom at about half past 12 and took a seat. The Chairman (ME!) took the register and the meeting began. In the coming meeting we will be talking about two new competitions that we are running at school. One is a christmas writing competition and the other is a two pence trail.Both competitions will be judged on Friday the 15th of December.

School council meeting- Wednesday 8th November

On Wednesday (8th November) it was the school council meeting. At half past 12 the class representetives arrived and we started the meeting. In the meeting, I (the chairman) took the register. Then we started to do the equal opportunieties policy on the computers. We started to think about what the children in our school do to make people feel happy. We used an example from another school to help us but we wrote our own words. When the bell rang the class reps went back to thier classrooms while the commitee tidied up. In the next meetings we will be discussing children in need ( On Friday the 17th November!)
